PURPOSE: A compression sending scheme based tomography apparatus and a tomography method thereof are provided to obtain a precise tomography image by removing patch artifacts generated in a compression sensing method. CONSTITUTION: An X-ray source(100) radiates X-rays at a constant angle through rotation. An X-ray detector(200) detects X-ray projection data passing through the inside of an object or human. An image reproducing terminal(300) reproduces a three dimensional image about the human or object based on the detected X-ray projection data and reproduces an image by combining the detected X-ray projection data with mathematically calculated X-ray projection data. |
