The method involves arranging an injection molding plastic core i.e. core base element (11d), in a fiber applicator in a winding or a weaving device. Fibers are applied on the core and impregnated with a plastic matrix. The plastic matrix is cured by pressurizing the core with pressure and/or temperature. The core is provided with a surface comprising a shape-variable portion i.e. plastic film, which exhibits a predetermined geometric shape i.e. convex geometric shape, during applying the fibers on the core and is partially converted into a concave geometrical shape after applying the fibers. The fibers are selected from a group consisting of carbon fibers, aramid fibers and glass fibers. An independent claim is also included for a device for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced plastic construction part. |
