PURPOSE: An intelligent cabinet panel having an energy management function in smart grid environment is provided to prevent unnecessary power consumption by blocking exiting current unnecessarily consumed in a transformer of a power converter connected to a system. CONSTITUTION: A first power converter device(11) and a second power converter(19) are located in different power systems. A battery management system(21) controls charging and discharging in an energy storage(17). A breaker(101) blocks main wiring or a part of wiring according to the control of an energy management part(130). A first switch(103) is located between the breaker and the first power converter. A second switch(105) is located between the breaker and the second converter.
