PURPOSE: A composite resin coating composition is provided to improve thermal conductivity and surface electric conductivity while maintaining corrosion resistance, moldability, fingerprint resistance, etc in case of being applied to a zinc-coated steel sheet. CONSTITUTION: A composite resin coating composition comprises 1-20 parts by weight of an organic copper precursor compound and a solvent, based on 100.0 parts by weight of a base resin. The solid phased content of the composition is 10-50 weight% based on total weight of the composition. The organic copper precursor compound is at least one compound selected from compounds comprising the chemical formula:[(L1)Cu^I(L2)]. In the chemical formula, L1 is a bidendate anion ligand, and L2 is a olefinic neutral ligand. A zinc-coated steel sheet comprises a composite resin coating layer coated by the composite resin composition on one side or both sides thereof. |
