PURPOSE: An air conditioning system for electric buses is provided to be operated with minimum power by controlling an apparatus operated with high voltage. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning system for electric buses comprise an air conditioner controller(600) and a switch panel. The air conditioner controller provides a control signal to an air conditioner(100), a heater(200) for a driver's seat, a heater for a passenger's seat, a high voltage battery(400), and a low voltage battery(500). The switch panel comprises an air conditioner switch, a heater switch for the driver's seat, and a heater switch for the passenger's seat, and a power saving switch. The power saving switch is turned off when one of the air conditioner switch, heater switch for the driver's seat, and the heater switch for the passenger's seat is turned on.
