PURPOSE: A illuminating apparatus using LED and a method thereof is provided to improve lighting efficiency by arranging LED on the outer surface of a many-sided pillar in a form of bar. CONSTITUTION: A heat sink(10) comprises multiple radiation fins on the outer surface. A main body(40) is combined with the inside of the heat sink. A mount part forms an appearance combining one end of a many-sided pillar base with a disk-type plate. A lid member(30) is penetrated by light emitted from multiple LED. A base board loads a drive circuit of multiple LEDs. |
