PURPOSE: A water tissue containing mineral water and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to drastically increase skin contacting feeling and refreshment feeling. CONSTITUTION: A water tissue containing mineral water comprises 2-40 wt% of mineral water, 0.005-0.2 wt% of dictamnus root extract, 0.005-0.2 wt% of extract of bupleuri radix and 0.005-0.2 wt% of Paeonia japonica, 0.5-1 wt% of microorganism protecting disinfectant material, residual amount of purified water, and 0.01-0.1 wt% of plant extract. The microorganism protecting disinfectant material includes 0.0001-0.002 wt% of silver based antimicrobial or oleochemical antimicrobial agent. The plant is spilranthes acmella. |
