PURPOSE: A shower head assembly is provided to maximize an anion effect when taking a shower by generating several anions. CONSTITUTION: A shower head comprises a front-opened head(11) of which inside has a void section to temporarily store raw water; a water spraying plate(12) which sprays the raw water through a tiny exhalent opening by combining to a front opening unit of the head, and having several tiny exhalent openings in 0.1-1.0mm diameter; and a handle(13) which connects the head and a shower hose. Several protrusions(16) downwardly protruded are formed in the upper end of the inside of the hollow on the head, and two jet holes(15) are formed to be symmetrical according to the center direction of the width.
