PURPOSE: An inspection hole cover device of a pillar is provided to reduce time for replacing a lamp controller by placing the lamp controller, which is installed on a lighting pole, outside the front of an inspection hole. CONSTITUTION: An inspection hole opening part is formed on the front of an inspection hole(2). An assembly hole(31) binds a tap hole(22). A packing element is attached on a cover plate. A lamp controller(100) is formed on the back side of the cover plate. The lamp controller is installed on a controller fixing plate.
