PURPOSE: A high intensity panel of a synthetic resin material is provided to be used as a movement route for a construction site or a floating route, and a transport for water transportation. CONSTITUTION: A high intensity panel of a synthetic resin material comprises a main body(10) formed into even slices of a plate form with the synthetic resin material; several penetrating holes(20) formed by dividing the section into a plane grid form of the main body, and penetrating upper and lower side of the section; a combining unit(30) formed in both sides of the main body in a longitudinal direction to be combined to another main body which is formed such as the main body. A connecting unit comprises several combining projections(31) protruded in one direction; and a connecting hole(32) formed to the inner direction of the main body.
