PURPOSE: A mobile apparatus is provided to rotate or stop a lower mobile while playing music according to the selection of a user. CONSTITUTION: A mobile apparatus comprises a music box(100), a connection rod(20) which is combined with the lower part of the apparatus, and a mobile which rotates when the connection rod rotates. A rotation control member(40) is combined between the connection rod and mobile and transfers or intercepts the rotary power of the music box connection rod. The rotation control member comprises a control case, an upper connection rod, a drive gear, a lower connection rod, and a driven gear.
