PURPOSE: A fuel rail structure for vehicles is provided to absorb molten filler metal in between uneven portions so that the molten filler metal is filled in the outer periphery of a main pipe. CONSTITUTION: A fuel rail structure for vehicles comprises a main pipe(20), a fuel injector, molten filler metal, an end cap(40), and a plug. The main pipe comprises a through hole(21) and fixing portions(22). The through hole is penetrated in a longitudinal direction. The fuel injector is fixed to injector connectors installed on an outer surface of the main pipe. The molten filler metal is placed in the fixing portions. The end cap and the plug are respectively fitted into the fixing portions. The molten filler metal is filled in a gap between the inner surface of the fixing portion and the outer surface of the plug and end cap, and coagulated so that the end cap and the plug are fixed to the main pipe. |
