A crack discrimination device is provided to inspect the causes of the defective of welded part promptly by discriminating welded state of the plates welded by a spot welder promptly and exactly. A crack discrimination device includes a fixing bar, a supporting bar, a guide roll(22), a moving element(30), a wire(60), an elevating element(70), a searching bar(40), an extending bar(41), a display device(50) and a display board(51). The fixing bar is fixed into a first spring and longer than the diameter of a welded point formed in a board. The supporting bar is installed at both ends of the fixing bar. The guide roll is installed through a bracket inside the fixing bar. The moving element is fixed into one side end of the fixing bar movably. One end of the wire is fixed to the upside of the moving element and the center part is wound on the guide roll. The elevating element is fixed to the other end of the wire. The searching bar is installed through a second spring(31) in the lower part of the moving element. The extending bar is installed on the searching bar. The display device is installed on the end of the extending bar. The display board shows the moved position of the display device. |
