摘要 PURPOSE: A hierarchical multilateral communication method and system are provided to minimize average media delay time by logically constructing a connection path. CONSTITUTION: A reception terminal individually obtains a connection margin and a partial turnaround time from one or more other terminals(430). The reception terminal computes an average media delay value for the selected candidate terminal(437). The reception terminal selects a candidate terminal including a minimum average media delay value as a connection terminal(440). When the selected connection terminal is a terminal which receives the communication connection request message of a new terminal, the reception terminal sets a logical communication path with the new terminal(455,465).
