PURPOSE: A current control device is provided to controls an output current of a transformer according to a detected voltage level from a subsidiary coil of the transformer. CONSTITUTION: A transformer(15) has a subsidiary coil(15A). A first switching unit(23) controls the operation of the transformer. A voltage detector(33) detects a voltage induced in the subsidiary coil. A voltage comparator compares the detected voltage and a reference voltage. A controller controls a switching on section of the first switching unit. The voltage detector includes a first time constant circuit. The first time constant circuit has a thermistor.
