PURPOSE: A taping device is provided to automatically wind surfaces of a tube and a pipe with a tape as a winding roller wound with the tape rotates around the tube or the pipe being transferred. CONSTITUTION: A taping device comprises a cylindrical rotating body(20), a supporting frame(30), and a winding roller(40). A through-hole(22) is formed in a central portion of the rotating body. One end portion of the supporting frame is joined to an outer side of the rotating body and the other end portion of the rotating body is extended to a front end portion. The winding roller is rotatably joined to an end portion of the supporting frame. The winding roller winds a tape in a outer surface of an object(1) transferred through the through-hole by the rotation of the rotating body.
