PURPOSE: A structure connecting device and an outrigger structure using the same are provided to improve resistance to the horizontal load of a building by preventing joints from becoming slid upward. CONSTITUTION: A structure connecting device(1) comprises a first joint(10) and a second joint(20). The first joint is connected to a first structure(100) and has a sliding member(12a). The second joint is connected to a second structure(110) and has a bottom member(22), a cover member(24), upper and lower members(26,28), and a coupling unit. The sliding member of the first joint is vertically slid in the second joint. The bottom member is coupled to the second structure. The cover member covers the sliding member. The upper and lower members are formed on the top and bottom of the bottom member. The coupling unit couples the cover member to the bottom member. The second joint cooperates with the first joint to share loads applied to the first and second structures. |
