PURPOSE: A golf hitting trainer is provided to give the optimal stance to users by being transformed according to the user`s body type. CONSTITUTION: A golf training device comprises the following steps: a swing guide(10) which induces golf hitting track; a secondary orbit(100) formed in the left portion of the swing guide and extended to the swing guide; a front combination unit formed with projected board at front of the swing guide; a side combination unit(510) molded by projected part at the right end portion and the left horizontal portion of the swing guide; a front vertical rod(53) combined to the front combination unit; the side vertical rod(51) combined to the side combination unit; a mount(50) equipped with a supporting board to locate the user; and a slider for sliding in the swing guide.
