Sandwich injection moulding method and fixed flange

摘要

The fixed flange (1) has gate mark (9) having composite layer (2) that covers a core layer (3) consisting of fiber-reinforced thermoplastic, and outer layer (4) consisting of thermoplastic. The core layer opposite to the outer layer has higher mechanical strength. The fixed flange in plasticizable region for welding joint surface (14) from the outer layer and the area of flange collar (7) consists of the composite layer. The gate mark of the composite layer is provided outside the liquid-carrying portion of fixed flange. An independent claim is included for sandwich injection molding method for manufacture of fixed flange.
