The method comprises fabricating (2) a ceramic part by sintering, sand blasting (7) the portions of the ceramic part to make matt portions, and lapping (9) the matt portions by tumbling to level out a surface of the matt portions. The method further comprises polishing (5) the ceramic part, by trovalising, to improve the control of roughness of the matt portions. The roughness (R a) of the matt portions is less than 20 nm. The sand blasting step is performed by projecting corundum particles. The matt portions have a thickness of 0.8-2 mu m. |
