PIEZORESISTIVE TYPE TOUCH SCREEN PANEL

摘要

PURPOSE: A piezoresistive type touch screen panel is provided to improve resolution power by performing a function of sensor for detecting coordinates with first and second electrodes. CONSTITUTION: A flexible substrate includes a surface(12), the other surface(14), a first direction(16), and a second direction(18) crossing the first direction at right angles. First strip electrodes(20) are arranged on the surface in the first direction. Second strip electrodes(30) are arranged on the other side in the second direction to cross the first strip electrodes. The flexible substrate is formed of polymethyl siloxane. The first and the second strip electrodes are formed by patterning carbon nano tube or graphene.
