A steering column tilt apparatus of a vehicle is provided to improve crashworthiness of the vehicle by improving tilt maintenance of a steering column. A steering column tilt apparatus of a vehicle comprises: a steering column(100), a tilt bracket(200) mounted to the steering column, a tilt lever(400) mounted to the tilt bracket to be rotated, a tilt cam(300) interposed between the tilt lever and the tile bracket, a tilt bolt(500) fastening the tilt cam and the tilt lever with the tilt bracket, and a spring(600) whose one side is hooked to the tilt bracket and the other side is hooked to the tilt cam. In addition, a pair of protrusion units is formed on right and left sides about a combination hole formed on the tilt lever. Projections supporting the protrusion units of the tilt lever are formed on the tilt bracket. |
