PURPOSE: A blood glucose measurement device and a method thereof are provided to overcome noise, non-uniform measurement, and errors. CONSTITUTION: A source unit(10) generates electromagnetic energy with a fixed frequency. Electromagnetic energy is input into a sensor unit(20). The sensor unit irradiates the electromagnetic energy to an object. The sensor unit detects electric waves reflected from the object. A processing unit(30) determines the resonant frequency of the sensor unit. The processing unit produces the change of the blood glucose content of the object.
