The system (16) has a blade carrier for carrying a blade (17). An actuator (14) adjusts a blade depth (18) and a blade angle of the blade according to a structurally predetermined characteristic of a blade angle-blade depth function, where the angle is changed to 0.015 degree when the depth is changed to 18 mm. A hinged support is arranged between a joint and the blade at the blade carrier, where length of the support is two times greater than length of a rocker. An angle of inclination is formed between the support and the rocker is greater than 15 degree.
