Industrial truck with a multifunction lever

The lever has a grip portion (12) that is moved to control the movement of the load receiving portion of an industrial truck. The grip portion has a sensor on its base (10) or on its contact surface for detecting the actuation force or amount of actuation applied to the grip portion. The sensor is connected to an electronic control device which regulates the movement of the load receiving portion based on the output of the sensor. An independent claim is included for the industrial truck using the multifunctional lever.
