PURPOSE: A cutter combined with nail clippers is provided to attach the nail clippers on a rear side of the cutter and to pull out the nail clipper, thereby easily cutting a cutter blade. CONSTITUTION: A cutter(20) combined with nail clippers comprises a cutter body(10), a cutter blade(11), and the nail clippers. The nail clippers is attached on a rear side of the cutter body and pulled out when cutting the cutter blade.
