NOZZLE PART STRUCTURE OF INJECTION MOLDING PRESS FOR LIQUID FORM RUBBER

PURPOSE: An injection structure of a nozzle unit of a liquid rubber injection molding machine is provided to guarantee workability as the nozzle unit and sprue bush are fixed to right positions even when bolts which fix an extruder and mold are loosened. CONSTITUTION: An injection structure(100) of a nozzle unit of a liquid rubber injection molding machine comprises an outlet end(114) of the nozzle unit. The outlet end of the nozzle unit comprises a firs protrusion(111) and a second recessed portion(172). A part in contact with a rubber path(P1) of the nozzle unit protrudes into a spout shape, and the first protrusion is formed. A part in contact with a sprue bush is correspondently formed to the spout shape so that the second recessed portion is formed. The second recessed portion is in contact with the first protrusion.
