PURPOSE: A system for inspecting foreign materials on a mobile camera lens is provided to inspect a camera lens module during single inspection time by using a parallel test method and to confirm all lens modules being seated on a whole inspection jig and a real time inspection result. CONSTITUTION: A system(1) for inspecting foreign materials on a mobile camera lens comprises a substrate(1a), a PC storing unit(102), conveyers, an elevating unit, a camera conveying unit(8), an inspection camera, light blocking panels(103), a signal lighting stick(104), and a monitor(105). The conveyer is installed in the upper part of a device body to be faced in order to place a jig and transfer from an input unit(2) to an output unit(3), thereby intermittently being driven by a step motor. The elevating unit is electrically connected to an electric system downwardly to a gap between conveyers in both sides, thereby being driven. The elevating member lifts up the jig moving along the conveyor to an inspection position. The camera conveying unit is composed of an X-axis straight line robot and a Y-axis straight line robot. The inspection camera is fixed to a table of the Y-axis straight ling robot by a camera fixture. The light blocking panels are installed in an upper rear surface of the device body and ceiling in order to block lights from outside. |
