PURPOSE: A handover method in a wireless communications system for train control capable of improving service quality of train communications is provided to reduce handover delay time by omitting a procedure of collecting channel information of a target base station candidate group in order to select one target base station. CONSTITUTION: An information storage unit stores base station identifier sequence information before a train departs(S310). By the base station identifier sequence information, a base station identifier installed in a service route of the train is arranged according to the direction of progress of the service route. A handover performing unit selects a next base station to a currently connected serving base station as a target base station using the base station identifier sequence information(S320). The handover performing unit determines handover to the target base station(S330).
