<p>An on-off valve 30 for use in a radiator assembly comprises a valve member 46 movable between open and closed positions, radiator connection means 38 to connect the on-off valve to a radiator, and control valve connection means (36, Fig. 16) to connect the on-off valve to a radiator control means.
