PURPOSE: A module bonding method of flat panel display and an apparatus are provided to change a rotation angel, to form identically a worktable unit in each stage and to easily manufacture the whole equipment. CONSTITUTION: A worktable unit(100) including a substrate mounting portion(1a) is installed. A multilateral worktable(1) is rotated around a horizontal center shaft(1b) with a constant angle. A bonding unit(7) is adjacently installed at the substrate mounting portion. A loading unit and an unloading unit are successively arranged in the fixed region of the substrate mounting portion. |
