PURPOSE: A method for changing a strip of a seabed pipeline using a lifting jig is provided to quickly replace strips with a lifting jig when the strips for fastening seabed pipelines and the seabed communication cables are damaged. CONSTITUTION: A method for changing a strip of a seabed pipeline using a lifting jig is as follows; searching damage to a strip for fastening a seabed pipeline and a seabed communication cable(S110); moving a lifting jig to the seabed pipeline where the damaged strip is positioned; gripping the outer periphery of the seabed pipeline with the lifting jig(S130); pulling the seabed pipeline by rising up the lifting jig when the lifting jig stably grips the seabed pipeline(S140); replacing the damaged strip to a new strip when a gap is formed between the seabed pipeline and the seabed(S150); lowering the lifting jig to position the pulled seabed pipeline on the seabed(S160); separating the lifting jig and the seabed pipeline.
