PURPOSE: An image drawing renewing system for real-time editing of an existing photographed image according to a change of a geographic feature is provided to precisely measure coordinate information of a changed part of a geographic feature in the field by using a GPS(Global Positioning System) and a LBS(Location Based Service) and to store a photographed digital image linked to a corresponding part of an existing digital map. CONSTITUTION: An actual vehicle measurement unit(2000) receives a first coordinate information from a GPS satellite(3000). The actual vehicle measurement unit receives a second coordinate information from a mobile communication system(5000). The actual vehicle measurement unit encodes the first and second coordinate information. The actual vehicle measurement unit obtains an encoded mean coordinate value from the coordinate information. An image drawing server(6000) receives the encoded mean coordinate value and an image signal from the actual vehicle measurement unit. The image drawing server renews the corresponding area of a digital map into the mean coordinate value. The image drawing server links the image signal to the digital map.
