<p>PURPOSE: A method for recovering dezincified steel from zinc-plated steel is provided to simplify a manufacturing process of dezincified steel products by omitting an oxide removal process. CONSTITUTION: A method for recovering dezincified steel from zinc-plated steel is as follows. Zinc galvanizing steel is charged in an evaporation furnace. The evaporation furnace is heated at more than evaporation temperature and below the melting temperature, such that zinc is removed from the steel. The inner temperature of a furnace is cooled at 300~750°C by injecting cooling gas into the evaporation furnace. The steel material is frozen and collected.</p> |
