摘要 PURPOSE: A flux cored arc welding wire is provided to maintain a microstructure in an austenitic phase and to simultaneously control an alloying constituent to prevent hot cracking during welding, thereby obtaining excellent cryogenic impact toughness. CONSTITUTION: A flux cored arc welding wire comprises 0.01 to 0.8 wt% of C, 0.1 to 3.0 wt% of Si, 12 to 45 wt% of Mn, 0.01 to 26 wt% of Ni, 0.001 to 20 wt% of Cr, 0.05 to 2.5 wt% of Mo, 0.01 to 4.0 wt% of Al, 4.5 to 9.0 wt% of TiO2, remnant Fe, and other inevitable impurities. The welding wire satisfies the following: Nieq(nickel equivalent)+0.188*Creq(chrome equivalent)≥29.73. The welding wire further includes 0.10 to 1.5 wt% of K, Na, and Li group alkali oxides.
