PURPOSE: A geodetic survey precision system for mapping in which the function for the locator for an underground structure is improved is provided to improve the accuracy for checking the location on the ground by receiving and precisely analyzing the GPS signals, to accurately survey the coordinated information of the underground structures, and to record-manage the same. CONSTITUTION: A geodetic survey precision system for mapping in which the function for the locator for an underground structure is improved comprises a mobile communication terminal(1200), an underground measurement terminal(1300), a management server(1600), and a GIS(Geographic Information System) server(1700). The mobile communication terminal is wirelessly connected to the mobile communication network(1100) and transceives signals with a selected opponent while moving. The underground measurement terminal is connected to the mobile communication terminal and receives GPS signals from a GPS satellite(1400), thereby analyzing GPS coordinate information. The underground measurement terminal receives RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) signals and magnetic field signals from a magnetic marker unit, thereby analyzing the location of the underground structure. The management server is connected to the mobile communication terminal and receives the location information of the underground structure all the while calculating at the same time, thereby recording the location of the underground structure in the GIS information.
