PURPOSE: A drainage device and a heat exchange system with the same are provided to separately discharge water from a water discharge source to the outside according to the temperature of the water. CONSTITUTION: A drainage device comprises a drain line(10) and a flow path switching unit(24). The drain line has a main drainpipe(12) and first and second branch drainpipes(14A,14B). Water flows from a water discharge source to the main drainpipe. The first and second branch drainpipes are branched from the main drainpipe. The flow path switching unit switches the flow of water so that water can flow from the main drainpipe into the first branch drainpipe or the second branch drainpipe according to the temperature of the water.
