PURPOSE: A positive electrode for solid oxide fuel cell is provided to improve powder of a solid oxide fuel cell by comprising meso size pores and macro size pores at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A positive electrode for solid oxide fuel cell comprises pores with the average diameter of 2-50 nm, and pores with the average diameter 1-9 micron. The porosity of the positive electrode is 20-70%. The pores are sphere type, needle type, or plate type. A manufacturing method of the positive electrode of a solid oxide fuel cell comprises: a step of manufacturing a mixture by mixing carbon black and/or graphite into a positive electrode material; a step of manufacturing paste from the mixture; a step of screen printing on electrolyte or a buffer layer with the paste; and a step of drying and heat-treating the outcome. |
