PURPOSE: A geodetic survey system performing a geodetic survey in topography based on GIS(Geographic Information System) and updating digital information through confirming displacement is provided to fundamentally prevent a freezing layer on the upper part of a national control point in a ground reference point surveying process through ventilation and heating functions. CONSTITUTION: A geodetic survey system performing a geodetic survey in topography based on GIS and updating digital information through confirming displacement comprises a basic structure(110), a station pole mounting unit(120), a heating wire(150), a motor, a blowing fan(140), a leveling station pole(160), an illuminance sensor, a control unit, a DGPS reference station, an electronic measuring device, and a mapping image processing unit. An aerial photographing image obtaining device comprises a camera, an editing module, and a memory. The basic structure is installed on the ground surface where a nation control point is installed. The station pole mounting unit is buried-installed in the state that the top is exposed.
