<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam machining apparatus capable of excellently machining an object by a simple processing based on machining information inputted on a surface image of the object, and to provide its setting method and setting program. <P>SOLUTION: The light-receiving axis of a camera is positioned coaxially with the laser beam axis on different points on a surface of an object, two or more partial images P2 corresponding to each point are generated, and machining information is set corresponding to position information on a surface image P1 generated by synthesizing these partial images P2 with each other. Through the simple processing of synthesizing two or more partial images P2, the surface image P1 with less positional deviation from the actual surface of the object can be generated, and by inputting machining information on the surface image P1, the object can be excellently machined based on the inputted machining information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
