<p>Embodiments of the present invention disclose a voice communication method, device and system. The communication method includes the following steps: a radio resource management RRM unit of a base station controller BSC receives a conversation request initiated by a user equipment UE; the RRM unit obtains conversation configuration information according to the conversation request; the RRM unit sends a first message to a transcoder TC of the BSC, where the first message includes the conversation configuration information; the TC judges whether conversation configuration of both ends of a conversation matches; and the TC starts tandem free operation TFO communication if a judging result is that the conversation configuration of both the ends of the conversation matches. Adopting the embodiments of the present invention, the configuration information does not transmit in a form of stealing a voice frame. Therefore, transmission quality of voice information is ensured, transmission time of the configuration information is decreased, a conversation delay is reduced, and conversation timeliness is enhanced.</p> |
