MODULE BONDING METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING A PLATE TYPE DISPLAY

PURPOSE: A module boning method for flat panel display and an apparatus are provided to remove a failure factor in advance by using a pressing unit for applying uniform pressure to modules even if the modules is not horizontal on a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A heating and pressing unit(30) moves up and down to weld modules on the substrate. A heating unit(32) surrounds the heating and pressing unit. The heating unit heats up the heating and pressing unit. A diaphragm unit(34) pressurizes the heating and pressing unit or raises the heating and pressing unit. A guider(36) guides the heating and pressing unit when the heating and pressing unit moves up and down.
