PURPOSE: A precise image drawing system based on an aerial photography image for producing a digital map image is provided to improve the accuracy and reliability of the digital map by respectively measuring coordinate information of a changed geographic feature on the ground by using a GPS, a LBS, and a INS, and renewing the coordinate information through an arithmetic mean calculation. CONSTITUTION: When loaded information is set on a time control, an actual vehicle measurement unit analyzes elapsed time information(S8200,S8300). A control unit controls the driving direction of a step motor unit on a set time basis(S8400). In case the loaded information is set on a distance control, the actual vehicle measurement unit analyzes moving distance information(S8500). The control unit controls the driving direction of the step motor unit on a set distance basis(S8600). The control unit analyzes a received GPS signal(S8700). The control unit generates first coordinate information through an arithmetic mean computation(S8800).
