PURPOSE: A soup cooking pot is provided to discharge meat broth from the inside of the pot, to rotate the pot for the easy exchange of beef leg bones when required, and to facilitate the exchange of beef leg bones. CONSTITUTION: A soup cooking pot comprises a base pot(10) and a clean water supply part(20). The purified water supply part is formed on the upper part separated from the upper part of the base pot, and includes a sensor(230) sensing the water level of the base pot to automatically supply purified water when the water level falls below the standard level inside the base pot. A water level sensor comprises an optical sensor having a light emitting unit and a light receiving unit. When the light emitting unit emits light to irradiate the water surface the inside of the base pot, the light receiving unit receives the light wave reflected from the surface of the liquid inside the base pot as a measured target and calculates the propagation time of light wave, thereby measuring the water level inside the base pot. |
