PURPOSE: A control method and a system thereof based on image motion information are provided to calculate motion information according to a motion property of an image and to control equipment movement by using the calculated motion information. CONSTITUTION: An image processor(120) recognizes a motion property of an image frame. The image processor calculates the final motion vector for the image frame according to the recognized motion property. A motion controller(130) controls motion of equipment based on the final motion vector of the image frame calculated from the image processor. The image processor calculates the final motion vector about the image frame.
