PURPOSE: A radiator assembly for a light emitting module and a lighting device having the same are provided to perform the connection of an angle pin using a ball joint type by forming the face contact between the angle pin and a pin holder. CONSTITUTION: A module holder(110) has an installation surface of a light emitting module. A pin holder(120) is combined with a module holder. A plurality of fixing pins(130) is formed in the pin holder and release heat which is transferred from the module holder to the pin holder. An angle pin(140) is pivotally coupled with the pin holder. The angle pin generates interference of outer airflow with the fixing pin by rotating with the outer airflow. The fixing pin and the angle pin are formed into a blade type. |
