PURPOSE: A method for welding a tubular beam and a trailing arm, and a CTBA manufactured by the same are provided to simultaneously enhance the durability of the CTBA, and resolve the balancing stiffness of the tubular beam and trailing arm without increasing the thickness of the tubular beam and trailing arm. CONSTITUTION: A method for welding a tubular beam and a trailing arm comprises: a step of preparing the tubular beam and the trailing arm, a step of forming a first welding portion by arc welding the tubular beam and the trailing arm; and a step of forming a second welding portion by TIG(Tungsten Insert Gas) dressing on the first welding portion. The step of forming the first welding portion by arc welding the tubular beam and the trailing arm includes a step of forming the first welding portion by MAG(Metal Active Gas) welding the tubular beam and the trailing using a gas mixture of CO2 gas and Ar gas. The step of forming the second welding portion by TIG dressing on the first welding portion is implemented at 150 to 250 millimeters per minute, at 15 to 25 voltages, at 200 to 500 amperes, at 100% protective gas of Ar, and at 30 liters per minute of gas consumed.
