PURPOSE: A steel pipe structure for recovering a reusable steel pipe and a pile construction method using the same are provided to reduce construction costs by reducing the amount of steel materials buried in the ground. CONSTITUTION: A steel pipe structure for recovering a reusable steel pipe comprises a buried steel pipe(100) for borehole wall retention, a front shoe(300), and a reusable steel pipe(200). The buried steel pipe is buried in the ground to maintain a borehole wall when the ground is bored. The front shoe is installed on the front end of the buried steel pipe and improves end bearing capacity. The reusable steel pipe is inserted into the buried steel pipe, and the front end thereof is supported to the front shoe to improve the rigidity of the buried steel pipe.
