RUBBER COMPOSITION OF O-RING FOR TRANSMISSION

PURPOSE: A rubber composition of an o-ring for a transmission is provided to improve low temperature properties, heat durability and oil resistance by comprising a carboxyl-based polymer with low Mooney viscosity. CONSTITUTION: A rubber composition of an o-ring for a transmission comprises: 100 parts by weight of a polymer which consists of a carboxyl type polyacrylate elastomer with a Mooney viscosity of 24-34 MU(ML 1 + 4/100°C); and an inorganic filler which comprises 30-50 parts by weight of a carbon black(FEF) and 5-20 parts by weight of carbon black(SRF) with a particle diameter of 61-100 nm; and additionally comprises 1-5 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent which comprises diaminodiphenyl ether. The acryl polymerizable rubber has a glass transition temperature of (-31)-(-35)°C.
