PURPOSE: A system for automatically measuring the displacement of a nut or a hole of a vehicle body is provided to have little space restraints and to automatically measure the displacement of a nut or a hole, thereby rapidly confirming the existence of the failure of the produced vehicle body. CONSTITUTION: A system for automatically measuring the displacement of a nut or a hole of a vehicle body(300) comprises a measuring instrument body(100), a measurement pin(150), an air cylinder(120), a first and second LM guides(130), a pin fixing shaft(143), a displacement sensor in X and Y directions(170a), and a control device. The measuring instrument body is moved to a measurement position by a swing device and comprises a fixed plate(110). The measurement pint is installed in the inside of the measuring instrument body, thereby seeking a position where the displacement of the hole of the vehicle body or the hole(310). The air cylinder is installed in the fixing plate so that a rod(121) comes in and out downwardly. The first and second LM guides are mounted in first and second shafts(131,141) respectively and adjusts the displacement an X value and a Y value of the measurement pin. The pin fixing shaft is assembled to the lower part of the second LM guide in order that the measurement pin can be faced downward and a measurement panel unit(160) is mounted in one side of the pin fixing shaft. The displacement sensor in X and Y directions are mounted in the fixing plate, thereby measuring the displacement of the measurement panel unit. The control device measures stores measurement data values received from each displacement sensors and determines whether or not the stored data values are within a set specification range of the displacement of the nut or the hole, thereby informing a measurement value with respect to the existence of failure.
